So, after we made the tortilla chips earlier tonight I decided I wanted to try and make Beignets. So I made the dough a little after dinner and put it in the fridge, procrastinated, did a little homework, continued to procrastinate and then right before SNL I rolled out the dough, which didn't turn out so well , but I continued frying them up regardless. They don't actually look completely like they are supposed to, but They taste pretty good. All in all it was a pretty good experience.
